Kyle Dufour helps businesses obtain alcohol licenses and permits from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission for the manufacture, wholesale, or retail sale of alcohol. He represents clients throughout the state and federal permitting process including dealing directly with cities, counties, state and federal agencies. Kyle represents business clients in administrative hearings who are in violation of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code and other administrative rules. Kyle also represents individuals who have been accused of a crime and/or professional misconduct. As a former assistant district attorney, Kyle negotiated and prosecuted over a thousand criminal cases.
