You know…”What do I do when this happens?” After 14 years of growing an HR firm, working with everyone from start-ups to corporate HR departments, her team has seen great human resource management and colossal HR fails. She knows the regulatory issues that tend to trip business owners up because they’re obscure, complex, boring or loaded with paperwork. Her favorite part of her work is using that knowledge and mastery to make HR a key factor in her clients’ successful execution of their strategies. Her expertise can make their human resources management a profit driver, not just a de facto legal or regulatory department.
 
Caroline received her Bachelor’s from the University of Texas at Austin, her PHR certification in 2001, SPHR in 2010 and SHRM-SCP in 2014. She’s a member of the Society of Human Resources Management. She networks with such enthusiasm and dedication it’s tough to find someone in the Austin business scene who doesn’t know her—by reputation if not in person. The rest of the time—which is rarely—her homey, domestic side drives her to bake, make jam, garden and take long hikes with her dog, Spot.
